EPTThe unfortunate thing is that all this buildup wish flashback and shit will be useless because Gai will look like he can do dmg to Madara then use his ultimate attack, die in kakashi's arms and in the dust madara will stand up unscathed again because in typical shounen fashion he's reserved for Sasuke and Naruto to take out.....

Gai will beat the shit out of Madara. The only reason Madara will not die right then and there is because Gai doesn't live long enough to finish it. His efforts will cut down Madara to a level where cluelesss scrubs like Naruto and Sasuke can fight him on rather equal grounds. All the chapters before make sense now, because they showed us how much stronger Madara is then everyone else. So far Madara beat the strongest of all living shinobi and a few dead ones, too. He seemed all but untouchable, beating the first and second Hokage and "disarming"(sorry for lame joke) the fourth Hokage, while killing Naruto and Sasuke. If Gai is fighting him on equal terms for more than a few attacks, Gai will already surpass everyone that we know. Make it happen, Kishi. | ||

I see no reason a bunch of them couldn't be killed off right at that moment by Gais father. For real though, if Gai doesn't do some serious damage right here I'm going to be very disappointed. You don't give the 8th inner gate the type of build up you have, over all these years, over these last couple of chapters, and not having him do some massive damage. If this isn't the turning point vs Madara, as in Gai whoops dat ass and then dies, but opens room for Narutos counter...I'm done. Fuck this crap manga. Hell, I would be cool if Gai won, killed madara and then died. Series over. | ||
