Like Minato's arms? You mean Orochimaru's arms and Minato as a whole? Orochimaru cut open the death god's belly and they spilled out.

He's talking about obito attacks that prevented edo tensei regenaration, minato lost his arm and it did not grew back, the 3rd took a direct hit, he disappeared for some time but then he ''misteriously'' regenerated back, because plot.

Gotta admit that as much as talk no jutsu has been overdone, Kishi is slowly showing that Obito is changing back to how he used to be. Obvious from Kakashi's comment and well, the last gazillion chapters lol. It's not really that unexpected although at times, I do wish he'll move a bit faster. I was expecting this to be a big chapter based on last chapter's caption, guess not XD

Every chapter is basically "THIS IS THE FINAL MOMENT!!11" and then it keeps going on and on. Even if you name the chapter "end" it still won't end. Kishi just knows no bounds.
