He brought back all of the dead akatsuki.
The technique doesn't need the bodies of the actual people that it revives; it uses proxies via human sacrifice. If bodily integrity was an issue, the third wouldn't have had to rip the souls out of the bodies in order to kill them when the technique was first shown.
hey uh can someone give me a run through of what the other 3 revived akatsuki members (I know what Itachi and Nagato are capable of) are like? What are their powers, etc..

Ummm... I can't really tell who Oro brought back except for Deidara (the one guy with a pony tail...) His speciality was explosive clay. He could make animals out of it, send them to his enemy and they would explode. Hmmm.... is that Sasori there on Deidara's right? If so, Sasori was a master puppeteer. He used puppets like that sand guy, but he was waaay better at it. He made his own puppets, and even the one's that sand guy uses. Don't recognise the big black haired one...
He was pretty legit. His body was basically a clusterfuck of hearts and threads. Each of his 5 hearts had a different element to it, and he could use high class spells of all elements (fire, lightning, wind, etc) and use his threads to tentacle rape people. Also, he had to have all 5 of his hearts destroyed before he died, pretty resilient!
Lol I realized I said "spells" instead of "jutsus." But let's be fair they're the same thing. :-P

It'll only take you 4-5 hours to burn through the first 400 chapters so you should do it. They're a reason all of us are addicted at this point.
I cannot believe how naruto became worse and worse while One Piece became better and better the for quite some time now. Naruto had so many interesting characters at start and a really good story, but now it is all about the strongest 4-5 characters while i One Piece the characters become deeper and more interesting with every chapter.
Naruto had so much potential, now it is just the same as Bleach, which is dragonball 2.0.

I concur with you....slightly lol. The manga for me is becoming more emotional and to me, its like its being targeted at mature audiences only lol. But it is becoming more interesting though. With the 5 akatsuki members revived, it will be a whole new story. =D

I doubt this very much because the author of naruto has a tendency to introduce interesting ideas/characters and not following through with them.

I was never that impressed with Hidan/Kakuza's powers. Hidan's probably like the weakest Akatsuki (dunno how good Zetsu is). Hidan's head got chopped off he needed Kakuza's help to get his body back. Sure they were close to immortal but so are most of the top tiers, quite a few of them could restore their body as well. Tsunade, Orochimaru, Pain, Sasori, Itachi, Kisame etc. Konan and Madara in theory could as well. Deidara was probably the only Akatsuki that couldnt
I think it was probably kakuza who probably was the one that fixed deidara's arm after kakashi destroyed it. Kakuza is useful as a treasurer and hes a perfect fit for hidan seeing how reckless hidan can be. Even though you can say Hidan was the weakest, i think sasori was pretty weak too Hidan only lost because he already revealed all his secrets so they fought him already one step ahead. Zetsus like Madara said doesnt seem to specialize in combat and seems more like recon especially with his "said" ability to record fights and be at more then one place at once.
