I havent heard that. I hope it's not true because it would be terrible. He and Simon were the heart of the show and I don't know how they will keep it the way it was without him.
I feel this stuff really should be spoilered. Most people in this thread have tried to keep it that way.
idk how talking about the actor leaving the show needs to be spoilered.. it has nothing to do with the character or the show itself.

One of the best things about UK shows is you can watch the entire thing in a day. One of the worst is that you can watch the entire thing in only a day

I watch most of my TV shows online, as I don't actually watch much actual television, because of this I've been exposed to a lot of British television (which i prefer to NA TV shows) and "misfits" is one of the better shows I've watched. I recommend this show to everyone even if the trailer doesn't interest you.
I started watching because I saw this thread and I really love this show! Halfway through season 2 now but I'll wait with reading the thread until I'm up to date because I don't want to get spoiled .

If you still consider it as a Heroes kind of series, then you really need to keep watching. It's nothing like heroes, they're not fighting evil and all that. They just happen to have powers.

This is a great show. Apart from the superpower concept I wouldn't compare it to Heroes at all: - great sense of humor - a LOT of plot in every episode. the story moves very fast and doesn't get bogged down in endless cliffhangers / vague generic warnings of doom. - limited touchy-feely crap
BTW I did enjoy Heroes.
The one thing about both shows though is that the superheroes never seem to use their powers as frequently as I would expect someone to in real life. Rather they just use it in token moments to display their power.
Just watched both seasons in the last couple days. This series is really cool and also really funny, especially Nathan.
I like the fact that they used somewhat normal / regular looking people for all the roles. I must say that I found that quite refreshing compared to the usual underwear / swimsuit models that seem to pop up in pretty much every other series. Can't wait for season 3.
Warning: do not open if you haven't watched both seasons yet + Show Spoiler +
I really hope that Curtis rewinds time to prevent Nikki from dying. They don't actually show that in the last episode, or did I miss something.
Especially the scene where her and Curtis were doing it in the toilet and just before they cum she goes "oh shit" and accidentaly teleports.
