+ Show Spoiler + I've seen all episodes of curb so i'm a great fan of the show but imo I think s08 has been a let down. The stories have followed the same curb type of story line but with less awkwardness and artificiality created social-tension-humour-situations for larry to get involved in (too crazy and not so relate-able) | ||

i feel like im being spoon-fed (tho with a shovel) the cluster of jokes and scenarios, the pacing is all wrong and completely different, everything comes across as extremely "contrived" (i hate this word but i use it to describe the feeling i get). its more like watching a "sketch show" than a "improv/reality show" now. even though the earlier seasons all had a very distinct formula, the individual scenes were all natural and you didnt feel like the actors were just saying their lines to get out a joke and move onto the next joke | ||

Someone said there is no overarching story; there is Lary is in New York for the rest of the season. Also i was wondering if there were going to be alot of Sienfeld references this season being back in New York. In the last episode he brought unwanted bread to a party, met a woman on an airplane, and took out a criminal on the subway! Anyone notice any other events that happened in Seinfeld? | ||
