We enter hibernation, also known as the dark days, which begins shortly after the end of one season, and ending when they bother to tell us when the next season is.

Ooh, the excitement. Top Gear fans hold on to your steering wheels – the BBC2 show's Christmas special will this year be filmed in India. Jeremy Clarkson and co will be on location in a couple of weeks, he told his local online news service, Witney TV. "We always keep it a secret each year then I like to blow it," said Clarkson. "We'll just film and film and film." And go on and on and on. Clarkson reckoned the show isn't as controversial as people say it is. "The Daily Mail calls it 'sparked fury' but actually when you look there's been two complaints out of 5 or 6 million people. It's not really sparking fury. A couple of people were mildly irritated. You learn to ignore it."

I'm loving this Christmas Special at the moment.

I didn't find it as good as previous work, the production quality was there, but everything looked too planned and hashed out.
The last quarter of the episode was better.
