Discussing the show and past episodes is fine. Do not put things that have happened in the TV series in spoilers. However, don't spoil things from the books that may happen in future episodes. Put book spoilers in spoiler tags with a CLEAR WARNING that it is from the book. |

I think he keeps the heads since he thinks the Zombies have flicker of who they used to be. So he might justify it as not killing them, just making them immortal for some reason.
Also since the Governor didn't say his name I'm guessing he's from out of town, which makes him shacking up with his daughter more likely. what lol Comic Spoilers: + Show Spoiler +In the comics, the Governer keeps his zombified daughter chained up in his room where he does... very un-father-like things with her. What do the writers have against T-Dog? Seriously why can't they give him some damn lines? He's been there since day 1, and the group is significantly smaller than it was back then, with many of the more important and interesting characters dying off since then (Dale </3). Just about every single character left in the group has had some sort of story/attention, or hell at least said something more than a few one liners. Why can't they make T-Dog into something more than Rick's bitch?
Really liking the new season btw, especially since we get it only 33 hours behind the US.

He's black, he still lives in Season 3 .. How the hell do you come to the conclusion the writers have something against him. Usually the black guy dies first >_>;

I too am holding my breath for a T-Dog spotlight. I hope that eventually they have Ken Foree do a cameo in some T-Dog related story arc. Just for the pure referential glory.

I agree with you Ryder. T-Dog has barely any dialogue. He has no history or backstory. We know more about everyone else in the cast than T-Dog. It would be nice if they could expand on his character a bit more.

Just finished the episode.
I wasn't overly surprised by the Gov being a psycho, but I didn't expect it to surface so quickly. I was expected some plot from the other (Rick's) group as well. Overall, pretty satisfied with the episode. Pretty sick twist. I also agree that creepy black guard is going to do something stupid/sneaky in the near future.

How do the timelines work out? Andrea mentions twice that she last saw Daryl / met Michonne 8 months ago. That happened when she was separated from Rick's group while leaving the farm. Since then, from what we've seen, Rick's group has done nothing but camp outside for a night and break into the prison. Could've been maybe a week, tops. Does this week's episode play later?

Rick's group drove around in cirlces for 8 months, looting small towns and tracking/avoiding herds of zombies.

T-Dog's probably the smartest guy in the group. Does just what he needs to survive and stays away from the stupid intergroup drama that everyone's having.

I get the feeling T-Dog will die, but not yet, there's no way they will kill him off before a 'reunion' with merle

I do remember that at the end of season 2, you see them camping after having left the farm, and the prison is right there just a mile in the background.

They mentioned something about "barely surviving the winter" and talked about herd patterns, so they've obviously been around for more than a season or two.

Yeah in s03e01 it gets mentioned that "they can't go on like this, raiding and looting small towns" when they see the prison.
