Discussing the show and past episodes is fine. Do not put things that have happened in the TV series in spoilers. However, don't spoil things from the books that may happen in future episodes. Put book spoilers in spoiler tags with a CLEAR WARNING that it is from the book.

And it took you this long to realize you weren't watching "Dawn of the dead the series"? I'm seriously surprised so many of you people still expect this to be some kind of "zombie land" series. It's about people, not zombies.

1) Have a walker make its way inside the farm with a bomb attached to itself and blow it up so that everyone is forced into entertaining survival mode again. 2) Start the next season off with the birth of the child and have it be black. That way T-Dog gets more lines in the show. 3) Zombie animals. Humans are too easy to survive against. Monkeys and raging buffalo not so much.

The first half of the second wasn't, so people complained yet it continues to be so. So it'll be 1 season zombie show 1 season drama. People liked the first season and people aren't liking the second. Guess what the third one is going to be like.

The zombie problem gets solved and we follow how the characters adjust to normal life.

The same zombie reappears with a titanium-reinforced ultra pincer grip just for Dale. LOL man, I laughed good and proper at that. The zombie got his strength up from eating half a cow though!

I can think of other great AMC shows, like Breaking Bad, that have lots of action and violence in some episodes, while other episodes are purely built on drama and dialogue. The difference is that show's drama is well-written, well-acted, humorous (I don't think the Walking Dead has ever given me a serious laugh, unless it's at the child acting), and despite not being set in an apocalypse, is somehow still more enticing. Seeing Dale die kind of made me realize that the acting is one of this show's downfalls -- although sometimes you could probably blame the script for providing them with flat, unbelievable, and inconsistent characters. Dale was a good actor and one of the more consistent and believable characters. Now he's dead. The other really good actor on this show is Shane (whom I love to hate -- probably the best part of this show, which actually still draws me to watch it, is hating Shane and hoping he dies). And he's probably going to die soon as well, the way things are going. That won't leave me with much reason to watch anymore. TL;DR, they need to go back to the suspense of Season 1, because they don't have the chops to just be a drama. At least not on par with AMC's other dramas, like Mad Men and Breaking Bad, which are actually really good dramas.

zdkjljdlvqsdv The best thing that could happen to the show is the death of Carl. + Show Spoiler [COMIC SPOILER] + Well, at least Lori should die by the end of next season, if they go to the prison. Well, I hope so at least, Shane should be dead for a while already.
