No they haven't. Datdota did an article on this after Group stages. All teams preferred radiant except CDEC who had all their games on Dire.

Having ability to clear 3 camps and lane on a hero without blink is pretty favorable for dire. uhh you're describing radiant jungle again you need a quelling blade or a tango and you can clear 3 camps as a safelaner or if you're mid you can take hard/med as storm/ta/sf before the creep wave hits yours again
You can't clear 2 medium camps and hard camp + lane on radiant. Only small, medium, large + lane as safelaner. And if your lane is pushed in, you can actually clear 2x medium + large + double wave near your T2 and back to 2x medium + large.
