During a weekday and in the morning, can't really expect there to be a crowd. Those out of school are at work and those who are still in school are asleep cuz its summer. why does everyone keep sayin this? it's not a free event, people who bought tickets will obviously be there. it has nothing to do with work schedule or school I think low% of ppl care about this match, people are in the secret shop line I mean you are probably right that a low % of people care about this match, but aren't tickets for the whole event? If I lived in the area, I would probably go on the weekend but I'm sure as shit not taking vacation for it. I don't buy your assertion that people who bought tickets would "obviously" be there for every single match during the week. Not everyone who wants to see this weekend's matches also wants to be there for every single main event match. I mean it's a long, long day of competition with big pauses and they are paying more to be in the city than at the event. The idea that ticket holders are going to be there for the whole day of Dota is just not realistic. Shit, the arena is right in the Seattle Center, that alone has attractions to keep you busy. E: I have yet to get a single drop from TI :/

I'm saying that if the whole event could occur on the weekend you would have more people in there watching the games, which I think is true. People don't want to take the whole week off to go to TI for these games.
