I mean, still like 20% chance, but they definitely had momentum before that gank. feels bad, Swindlemelonzz. dont see how euls from SS saves ember after qop got hex. the game took so long because VP didnt find an opening to kill ember, after the hex it was easy.

The small gain you get from efficiency vs the possibility of getting ganked/losing your item isn't even worth it. if you lose an item in a pub who cares, losing an item when you are already behind in the international is a whole different thing It's hard to say. Like obviously it's a lot of money, but if they did standard stuff, they'd simply lose. They had to do every little thing to gain the smallest advantage, have the stars align, and then just maybe, they could win. Playing normally they simply couldn't.

Except I think they were able to get to where they are off of being smart, rather than skill. Just look at the games. They basically lost in the early game against every top team. They lack the basic skill to win against these top players. But were able to do it by strategy. Every game they won was from strategy and knowing what to do and when. But that only gets you till all your strategies run out.

But if somehow they wake up and transform into the 2012 version of themselves, they might have a chance. That's what people said about MVP Pheonix as well. And almost nobody for a second thought that EHome would beat Secret. I surely hope you're right, but Secret do tilt pretty hard.

Swindle is good as captain/drafter and mediocre as a solomid. Zizy is sub-par, but TI was his first LAN so the guy already outdid himself.
