Well for TL Dota it's always been.

I'm pretty sure that that rule was from before LD was a site, but the Twitch stuff was always heavily looked down upon anyway, since the Commandments don't like the usage of memes regardless of origin.

They just don't like twitch faces. A crapload of people are posting twitch memes like "Le blue pony" or "blyatcyka" in LR threads, but that doesn't seem to bother the mods. Somehow "Kappa" is dumber than those, apparently
