Wait, they ever used to get it? I mean, i always thought that dispersion rework was more about it doing same exact damage to everyone no matter the range. Also it having no damage limit so it also being auto-rampage the second you get dunked by axe. Or you mean rework that is like 6-7+ years (probably much more) old?
