Actually, I've forgotten about the other tool that Na'Vi had to stop a single damage dealer: Beastmaster. Beastial Roar disables TA for the entire duration of Axe call, goes through BKB, and has no counters on iG's side.

They ought to win even harder in the late game than I thought.
