Instead of being sad about the loss, how about being extremely hyped about ujst how far TL made it into the tournament? I didn't even see them getting out of the play-ins, and now we get this, a 9th place finishing in the third phase! Sure they've had some of the most laughably bad games of the entire tournament, but they've managed to make me pretty fucking hype in their better games.

They came in with everyone expecting them o go out first. They came out with a paycheck and ranking higher than the defending champions. Everyone else can sit there calling it a failure. I call that a success

You know when Liquid knocked up LGD out of TI3 it wasn't slightly about money. Let's be honest, LGD could (and did) won major tournaments after that slip up, and I think Liquid won't be able to 'cause half of players would just leave.

Nah, C9 and Alliance would both be in the semi-finals. Alliance lose their match and get knocked out while C9 wins theirs. Before Grand Finals, Loda fist bumps Envy and they go on to win the whole thing.

Some games they show up in full force, great farming, great rotations, play a good lategame with pickoffs and "big plays" (wayto aegis steal anyone?) and then other games they just completely lose it - lose lanes, lose rotations, lose to pickoffs, lose teamfights, lose roshan, lose highground, lose the game in 20min or less

Alliance is C9's true rival in terms of tournaments/past matches. They're the ones C9 have to overcome.
