If it was set then radiant who is behind cannot contest at all. At least with Random they have a chance to contest or steal it when they can. | ||

I've shared this opinion from the very beginning the change was made. It only strengthens Dire's Rosh advantage. I don't think anyone can make a case for it evening up the Rosh disparity but they cant try ... | ||
