It's 7:34 AM here, and I'm still closely watching this game, I haven't abandoned it (like the crowd) just because there's no white dude playing. I was relaying what (most) people are thinking, but are afraid to say in fear of appearing "racist". Look at my previous 10 posts and you'll see. For me, it's that I've had absolutely zero exposure to Chinese Dota. I usually watch Tobi on Joindota, which is mostly European / Western teams; I know they had an Asian tournament at some point but I apparently missed it. He normally casts pretty late for me, so I don't watch everything. I have no idea about how good the Chinese teams or players are, what their styles are, etc., apart from what I've seen this week. I'd like to see more Chinese teams, especially after seeing how amazingly good they are, but don't really know how to go about finding streams / leagues. So yeah -- I've been less excited about China v. China matches than I probably would be if there were a team that I was familiar with. I imagine that's true for a fair number of U.S. viewers. I don't think it's the Chinese team's fault, I don't think it's fanboyism or racism, it's just that Chinese Dota is kind of a thing of its own and a lot of people aren't familiar with it.

The problem with Chinese Dota1 right now is that they play the games even later than what the old pro BW was, and old pro BW was even better. Chinese Dota1 has just only recently in the past year getting amazing at production value (no idea how its going business-wise though)
