nonono you can swap treads from giving strength/agi/int. so when you bottle you switch to agi so the bottle heals a larger percentage of your total health/mana so when you swap to str/int you have more total hp/mana. pretty much it just improves the value of bottle/regen you also swap to int for spellcasting so your spells cost "less" overall since most people default to str for the health.

not sell. change to AGI so their hp and mana pool are low. because bottle gives a constant number of regen points. then when you switch back to str or int, you have more mana or hp cause that is by proportions.

no, you can change which +8 stats threads give so using bottle gives more overall hp/mp

No. Treads give you movement speed, attack speed and +6 to either str, agi or int, which you can cycle between. When you do so, your health stays at the same percentage. Bottle gives you a flat rate of hp and mana. Thus to be more efficient you switch to agi treads to use the bottle charges then switch back to your usual str/int to maximise just how much hp/mana you get from that bottle.
