But from my experience building such teams works but is also really risky. You are pretty much moving over the map as 1 ball leaving 2 lanes open to be farmed/pushed. Also you really have to dominate every teamfight, if you make 1 mistake and lose a tf you pretty much just straightup lose the game right there. It's possible to make it work, but it's not something most teams like to do.

'Supposed to' doesn't come into it. It's natural to feel less comfortable playing abroad, but by your 'supposed to' logic[ they're justified in making the Chinese teams feel uncomfortable on purpose x] Bottom line is this. The teams are not there to represent a country (like I said, EG is only half American anyway - give me the Denmark chant!) and the crowd reminds me of the Indian fans when they hosted the Commonwealth Games and tried to put off opposing teams. It's just weird, IMO. First of all, the bolded is incredibly presumptuous and makes a ton of huge assumptions based on things you cannot possibly know. Thank you for also insulting me by even implying "extrapolating" is any out of the ordinary word at all. The crowd cares about cheering for an American team, they don't care about the Chinese team in particular, because they care about EG winning. You're going far out on a limb to say they're trying to manipulate the Chinese team. The fans aren't obligated to cheer any specific way and cheering for a country isn't very threatening especially when it's an incredibly non offensive chant. This whole thing is very simple and easy to understand.
