So can someone tell me why teams dont build around teamfight champs more? that fight looked pretty dam onesided lol

Please never call them champs, they are heroes.
You can't just call something a teamfight hero etc.
That fight went so onesided because EG.Maelk (Enigma) Hit a blackhole on 4 people of team IG.
If he would have only hit 1-2 people that fight would have been a lot more even.

Sorry, I was referring to build a team around heroes that have massive effect in teamfights with their ults (like enigma)

I'm not an expert at Dota, got like 500-600 games played.
But from my experience building such teams works but is also really risky.
You are pretty much moving over the map as 1 ball leaving 2 lanes open to be farmed/pushed.
Also you really have to dominate every teamfight, if you make 1 mistake and lose a tf you pretty much just straightup lose the game right there.
It's possible to make it work, but it's not something most teams like to do.

I do wonder if Vs would have been a better pick over Sk to counter enigma. Even without stun, can force a kill with swap. Sk just felt useless this match.

Wow, EG just changed completely in that game. Gotta give credit to Maelk for that 4 man hole in mid, felt that fight certified their lead, and gave them what they needed to win the game. If he had only hit 2 or something in that fight, would probably have been a very different game.

Oh stfu

Oh no, Americans are cheering for an American team, what a stupid, immature thing to do.

It's not the fact that they're cheering, it's what they're cheering. Chanting for a team is okay (to an extent) but chanting for a country makes the game into something it isn't (only 60% of the team are American anyway). It's a hostile atmosphere for the Chinese teams (the two countries are rivals - they're aware of it, they're not at fault if they find it uncomfortable with those chants) and it's a little bit weird.
Doesn't bother me, I'm just saiyan.

And now you're extrapolating something completely ridiculous out of something completely innocent. By the way, you're not supposed to feel comfortable playing away from home, that's why people talk of things such as "home field advantage." This is completely normal in sports.

I'm not extrapolating at all, but nice try using a big word.
"You're not supposed to feel comfortable playing away from home" - supposed to? 'Supposed to' doesn't come into it. It's natural to feel less comfortable playing abroad, but by your 'supposed to' logic[ they're justified in making the Chinese teams feel uncomfortable on purpose x]

Bottom line is this. The teams are not there to represent a country (like I said, EG is only half American anyway - give me the Denmark chant!) and the crowd reminds me of the Indian fans when they hosted the Commonwealth Games and tried to put off opposing teams. It's just weird, IMO.

First of all, the bolded is incredibly presumptuous and makes a ton of huge assumptions based on things you cannot possibly know. Thank you for also insulting me by even implying "extrapolating" is any out of the ordinary word at all. The crowd cares about cheering for an American team, they don't care about the Chinese team in particular, because they care about EG winning. You're going far out on a limb to say they're trying to manipulate the Chinese team. The fans aren't obligated to cheer any specific way and cheering for a country isn't very threatening especially when it's an incredibly non offensive chant. This whole thing is very simple and easy to understand.
