I think, Vp is maybe struggeling, if they are effected by the games yesterday against Empire, so i am not that sure about them. FnaticEU played quite strange two days ago and lost, but i guess they will be hot to return the favour.
This might give Fnatic an edge and i would call them my favorites to win this game.
NTH vs EG is hard to call, but NTH didnt train much in the last 3-4 weeks, while i dont know about EGs training effort. Might just me, but i also sense some hostility from Bulba against NTHs playstyle, so i know that at least he is motivated. Fear looked in shape as well, while he cut a swathe through the 1vs1 tourney...
Normally i would give it to EG this time, just becouse i think they are better prepared, but i dont like to bet against a team like NTH, especially when their solos perform.

EG have to be favourites since NTH were on break while Envy was on holiday the last half month/month or whatever it was, but I expect good performances from both teams! =)

Maelk doesn't even have a computer so they can't "practice" I guess he goes to a lan center to play matches? Anyway when two teams of relatively equal skill meet, the one that is actively practicing should always come out on top. EG 2013 looks li ke the exact same thing as EG 2012 despite all their talk of actually practicing.

EG was sorely outdrafted in game 2. I don't understand why Fear would pick up WR and OD that early. Draskyl kept going on and on about OD's damage output, but he ignored the fact that the hero is completely useless against BKBs. Lo and behold, Envy drafts 4 BKB users with insane burst capabilities. Combine that with a Dark Seer and EG was just walking into dynamite in every engagement.

Of course there's few(no) casters who will respond the same if 2 players from different teams do the same thing. I've never heard anyone be 'bias' enough for me to be put off by it though.
Some of the TI2 matches against Chinese teams came pretty close however. But just in the Western scene, it has it's darlings and it doesn't seem too harmful.

Draskyl isn't particularly biased towards Fnatic and when they first started playing Dota 2 he was actually quite harsh. I think you're oversensitive.

It has a lot to do with perception and how much what a caster says fits into your personal perception and world-view, if your current view towards fnatic is that they are "hontrash" then any caster that says anything good about the team will sound biased to you. Most good casters do try to be reasonably impartial but its not like they dont have personal preferences and views that shine through, it might seem particularly jarring for you because in this case since the caster's bias directly contradicts your own.

No, its not only about perception of the teams, its also about how fast you judge. Many people in the Dota scene judge to fast and/or dont have the necessary knowledge to judge a team - of course it can be hard, becouse you are fan of one team, but if you watched the games yesterday you can not say that Fnatic wasnt in full controll. Aysee wasnt extremely biased (infact i would argue, that LD is kinda contra and Tobi pro Fnatic, if you realy want to draw lines), i wouldnt argue, that he is on any side (not even north american or sth).
