Interviewer one-on-one is cringe. This was one of the best esports interviews I have ever seen, how the fuck was that cringe !?!?! All Fionn does is watch LoL so all he is used to is Chobra.
She is obviously no Chobra.
I dunno, the interview was the same as when NASL hired pretty girls, who are comfortable on camera to interview players and people went crazy how cringe they were. Probably that I am not familiar with the said player that it wasn't very funny for me.
I do like the presentation, though.

She knew sheever was a she, so I'm pretty she she did actually see sheever.
Also, having someone who doesn't know a ton about the games doing the interviews might make things easier to follow for people new the game.

While I think she did a very good job, I agree they should get someone who knows something about the game. If you want somebody who knows about the game AND is a cute girl, get Soe or Sheever at least. Have you ever listened to a soe/sheever interview? In no dimension are those better.
I agree, they are not people who thrive under the camera. Don't get me wrong, I like them and they have done more for Dota than I ever will, but they are still awkward as fuck

Why all the hate for the interviewer chick? I think she is doing amazing for her first time in a venue like TI surrounded by nerds, in fact it almost feels like she's in her element. Give her a chance and I think by the end of it all I think the majority, if not already, will love her.
When she told James to stfu and hold on, that's legit, no one cares about James, we wanna hear the players and she understood that!

Hao, that hair is terrible...

This is my first time watching a DOTA2 event, and I have to ask: is the pace always so slow? It's been three hours for a bo3 with huge pauses before each game. Compare this to SC2 series where you often don't have breaks at all in between games.

best interviewer / host for every esport event ever. dont even know how someone can dispute that.

You're crazy if you're criticizing this host. She's fantastic and we need more people like her if events like these are ever going to get "big". Why the hell would we ever need an expert level of knowledge when we have the analysis panel 20 feet away?

We get the panel for the dota knowledge, I feel this girl is to make the experience better for casual viewers (that can learn alongside her). I agree she's doing a great job.
Fair enough. She def. brings some professionalism in front of the camera.

The big pauses between games are pretty much the norm and yes it's extremely annoying

the breaks inbetween games are probably not more than 5 to 10 min. the draft just lasts 10min-ish, thats how dota is.
