You're all about gimicky bs, "OPA DENDI OPA XD!!" like this hook or freaking Ursa and meepo ugh. What a ton of crap, that was a disgusting game and Na'Vi should be ashamed. But nope, everyone stood and screamed and clapped at such a shameful display, there was no skill, no team play just fucking luck. I hope Alliance destroys these people tomorrow, I look forward to it.
OH NO PEOPLE ARE PLAYING TO WIN IN A 1.4 MILLION DOLLAR FIRST PRIZE TOURNAMENT

It's not even about Na'Vi doing anything they can to win even if its completely retarded and turned me off from supporting them, it's the fact that people are celebrating this kind of BS. That "victory" was 100% luck, Na'Vi displayed NO skill in that match.
You think Navi cares that you don't support them anymore when they can win 1.4 million?
No they don't give a shit, and I don't give a shit about them now. That was complete crap, it's literally the same as people celebrating and cheering for Idra swearing, calling people names and early GGing. People around here are little kids, so easily pleased by shitty behavior.
but when [A] picks kotl pl it's all hunky-dory for mr. dedicated [A] fan!
double standards 4ever
The difference is that you have to outplay your opponents first to get into a position to abuse PL/Kotl. With fountain hooking, you can be losing the game and hit maybe 2-3 key ones and turn the entire game around.
I can almost guarantee from a player's perspective you'd call bullshit if you lost to it just in a pub game, let alone in a 2 million dollar tournament.
Same thing with Black Hole, RP, Tide Ravage, Wall+Vacuum, etc basically.
All of those skills have high cd's.
And they're all way easier to execute.
And they put you in harm's way, cost a ton of mana, and finally you're screwed if you mess it up. Sure fountain hooks are more difficult but they're also much lower risk.

Do you understand the concept of "farm" and "being on the map" and "2 position"?
Fountain hook has existed for years guys. If it was that game breaking, that anti-fun, something would've been done about it. Other teams have tried, I remember a pathetic EG game where trying to fountain hook, and that resulted in them being owned. For most of the game, Tongfu had 3 out of the top 4 most farmed heroes, they needed to take advantage of that and just close out the game. Even if their carry (which they had 2 of, the doom was totally leading the farm earlier on) got hooked and they were 4v4, they still have the upper hand if they stay focused and stop panicking. If you say the doom had little impact, then that's Tongfu's own fault for drafting him and not utilising him.
The fact is, this can be done for a long time, and only now it's been pulled off this way. The more you argue for its brokenness, the more you are highlighting navi's innovativeness.
