It took us a while, but our dedicated qualifier for teams from North and South America is back! The best sides from the USA, Brazil, Chile and other countries will battle it out in a 8-team group stage followed by a playoff bracket – and the winner will be sent to Europe to take part at the DOTA2 Finals of our Fall 2013 season.
Four top teams will be invited; four more teams can qualify through an open cup that takes place this weekend, September 21th–22th. You can sign up by following this link to nationalesl.com.

if it follow the same format as last year they won't be able to qualify, i think they need 3 american players on their line up. In fact there was a problem last EMS because of that when CWM (i think) was playing in Lust's account (american KP stand-in)

Pretty sure it was Bone7 playing on Lust's acct but w/e.
I bet they could sub in Arteezy for some1 and do OK

yeah wasn't quite sure about that, but you are probably right, thing is if they sub artz and qualify artz will have to go with them to play on LAN

I apologize I guess after casting a 65 minute game that took 2 1/2 hours I would be allowed to post in a thread dealing with this tournament about the conditions. I do apologize as I guess you could take what I said out of context and I will try not to make the same mistake twice MoonBear. I also urge you to take your personal grudge against me and possibly try to sort it out with me ^^
