When I say "helm" btw, I mean the component of armlet that gives you armour and regen, not dominator.
My reasoning for manta over diffusal: diffusal effectively gives illusions 42 more damage and 22 more attack speed (level 1), for 4 illusions if you reality into the fight; manta gives your 4 illusions 26 damage and 41 attack speed, and your two extra illusions do your agl + 65 each from desolate (with 41 + agl attack speed). I haven't crunched dps numbers for some specific hypothetical level + items, but my intuition says that's more total dps. You also get 190 more hp to disperse damage with. Manta does cost more of course, but I think the pieces are more efficient in manta for farming/ganking. For 2000 gold working towards diffusal you get 20 damage and 20 attack speed, for 2050 gold (yasha) you get 16 damage and 31 attack speed. The extra 20 damage from manaburn is completely wasted on most creeps and towers, which are the things you're attacking most of the time. As far as combat stats go, the only cost effective part of Manta is yasha. The other 3k is spent on the ability to get illusions, which generally isn't that useful until later in the game when your illusions actually do damage and aren't paperweights. I'd say diffusal is still the better item if you need to be in fights or ganks
They're more like glass cannons than paperweights as long as you have maxed desolate. It's like AM blinking into you and using manta; so much damage ^_^

I once maxed desolate and went diffusal first when the other team had SD. Sad times in the early game.

2) i get more and more attracted by meepo, but since im usually support and quite abd at dota im afraid to play him ... is there some1 who could do sth like mentoring or such? It depends if you're a pro or not, I'm having decent winrate with meepo (only play him when I random him 7/4 atm), the secret is to have a babysitter in the lane. Agha and dagger are core if you don't aim to be a pro meepo, he farms multiple place at once, XP is very important, don't fear to leech xp on other lanes with one meepo, blink net poof tab poof tab poof is not that hard to do. You have to be a farm whore also. Just try to move wounded meepo back, and if a lone meepo is ganged poof him to safety. My main problem in pubs with meepo is having a good babysitter early on, he really needs it as much than void or spectre. Once you have agha, get some more hp like heart. He's fun, he's farm whore who can farm multiple base at once and basicly never needs to go back to base. I also like the green boots/RoB switch early on when you have only one or two meepos, strength treads are a must early to benefit from the extra HP so don't delay them for too long. You also don't want to fight for farm with another one in your team who can farm multiple place at once like NP. Farm lanes with poof.

How to deal with Batrider Mid? If there are any VODS or Replays I could see, that display how to properly deal with the Bat, that'd be great. (You can't ban in pubs)

Don't play a melee, lasthit safely, watch your Napalm stack count.
Batrider's weaknesses are his lack of a ranged harassing skill and low autoattack range. Heroes that have powerful harassment ability at range and can safely escape kill attempts are strong choices against him in lane. QoP is an example of a laner that's about even with Bat depending on player skill.

qop does pretty well against bat pretty much any decently ranged hero with a nuke does okay. if you can farm and bat can't dive you w/o his ulti then you'll generally be okay don't let napalm stacks go up too high, and be careful when bat has a massive wave headed toward your tower cus he can dive
edit: also get boots first against bat if your hero doesn't have a blink it helps a lot

When playing Urn of Shadows PA, when should you be farming and when should you be ganking? When should you be jungling? Does it change drastically if you go Drums instead of Urn?

Slark does decently against bat as well since Dark Pact can clear Napalm stacks and you have an escape.

Anyone knows what's the pause and aegis exploit in the SEVERE bug list? :D
FUCK.. THEY HIDDEN THE ANCIENT FARMING EXPLOIT THREAD
Also: Fatal bonds dealing damage to bonded units if one of the linked targets is insta-killed (using midas, devour etc) So good.. I should try this.
Sound audible/ AOE visible thru fog also lol-worthy

Why doesn't dota2 accept my chat message? It happens to me a lot that when i send 2 or more messages in a quick pace, the second message does not get shown at all. My ping is 30-40 a game not lagging at all and still this happens to me a lot. Also sometimes it doesn't accept my commands in the same fashion. Is there an option to prevent that or what is the cause of it?

If you're gonna go urn, you want to play aggressive for charges I would assume. You don't have any innate farming skills so you probably want to have an active roaming team. Then again I never go urn on PA, I'd rather have one of my supports get it instead

I notice this as well. I think it's either some kind of bug or way to stop people from spamming chat too much.

The only aegis exploit I know of is when you disconnect and get the old 10 min aegis. Don't know the details more than that since I've never tried it out.

I've been playing TA a bit quite recently and doing reasonably well with her. I generally just go bottle boots wand phase blink deso into butterfly or crit, are there any other good choices for her? Is blink a necessity? Its annoying how it delays your damage but it gives such good mobility. I saw on stream just before a TA who went drums yasha instead so maybe the movespeed for that would make up for the mobility lost by skipping blink. I've also seen people go shadowblade on her but seems a little redundant.

TA has a lot of options, she's not a hero that should be played cookie-cutter.
Blink gives you mobility and ganking power, but does not give you as much up-front fighting ability. It's best when you are ahead or there are back-line targets you will engage on first or if there are other high-value heroes on your team that can engage fights first while you look for a good engagement angle. Drums/Yasha is a build that gives you more immediate fighting stats for if you have to go into fights head-on.
It all depends on teamcomps and the flow of the game. You should be thinking about these things from the get-go, about whether one item might be better for this particular game and why.
