It's Secret vs Liquid finals for sure. We are looking 2 teams that are ready to give everything at TI and 2 teams that already has the season over in their minds, both ODD and Vega probably are not even talking to their teammates, just wanting to move on and think about the next season, possibly with another group of people.

i don't think liquid is going to dominate, as some people said they will have fun and test stuff. I call Naga, Zeus, Lesh for this one :D

Why Lesh? Has any of the boys been playing Lesh?

I mean he's one of the very few 0% pick/ban heroes at the moment, so I'm just wondering...

hoping for some Pudge games on gh and some cool mid troll picks - e.g. some shadow demon/rubick/jakiro shenanigans.

sums it pretty much up why I'd like to see it. :D
and I saw this and liked it somehow:

I think it could do well in the current meta, when played against (broodmother, visage) and picking some of the counters yourself (Kotl, Nyx f.e.)

Finally a Liquid game! And it seems that we are getting a Miracle AM. He probably would've refused to play if Kuro hadn't picked it for him. :D

I think Vega game 1 was pretty closed, they definitely could've lost it if not for some questionable troll buyback decision. Vega game 2 was also quite back n forth.

I made it to after game one vs Planet Odd, then fell asleeep. got only two words for those games:

Soul feast.

4 games and they picked 18 different heroes played pretty much 3 different strategies, and oh boy did they improved their lategame positioning and decision making. Even when the opponents make huge plays and get the advantage midgame + towers + some rax, the game never seems lost.

You just CAN NOT ban against our boys! Fear us World, TI - here we come!

I mean Im really happy that they won, especially in a reverse sweep,
but now they 100% have the biggest target on their back and this worries me a lot, since I believe it is more or less the main reason for Secrets TI failure back when they were the top gun

Liquid played 9 maps and Miracle was middlelaner only 3 times.

Hopefully this is not a recurring theme.

At this point, I think Liquid have proven to be very versatile and will be one of the most studied teams besides EG, OG and VP. While I think Liquid will do well in the group stage, main stage will be hard for Liquid because they have some inherent weakness as displayed in the Grand finals, that will be exploited by better teams( those who many will put in top 8, like EG, VP, OG, Newbee, etc) by studying the group stage games and Dreamleague.

I kinda worry for them even though I am a Liquid Fangay and recognize them as being the best form in the history of Liquid teams, but they are still vulnerable even when they are stomping.

I hope I am proved wrong and they can just Wings the TI by sheer unpredictability and skill and teamwork.

Liquid draft heroes for players, then fix/switch up their lanes for an advantage. Our players do not play fix lane position because then the team would either have lane matchup disadvantage/inflexibility or subpar (read: can be better) player-hero combo. Miracle AM, Jug, Sven, DK etc... are better than Matu while Matu Lycan, Necro, Morph, LD etc... are better.

This way they're harder to figure out and draft against.
