Like Jinxed said, they are probably the best team outside of EG in NA. But if you are doing tiers, they aren't close to T1. EG, Secret, VG, and a practiced NB are T1 (C9 is arguably there depending on the day). Them getting on NaVi or VP's level would be good and it seems possible if things click (and mike continues to improve). They could be the first legitimate T2 team NA has had in a while

Not Today went 1-6 in SL11, coming in last.

Next game
Thought I'd give this a go, no idea if the game will be streamed on bts but they are the official english broadcasters.

Pushing c9 to five games (technically 4 games, 2-2), and now winning their first lan match, this team is steadily, albeit slowly, improving. Ixmike is still inconsistent, they still get ridiculously outdrafted, and early aggression is still a problem. But not as bad as before.
Also, TC is a rock, ush has tremendous upside, fogged is an additional voice ingame, and their teamfights are super solid. I feel that they are not only the undisputed 2nd best NA team, but can give the new EG a run for their money.

His clockwerk and spirit breaker are pretty good. I think he excels at heroes that go yolo and die. Creating space and whatnot.
Also his twitter game is topnotch.

OK I have a problem with TC as well as team FIRE. IDK who their drafter is but TC going midas on troll and last pick mirana for fluff... You either pick mirana, play aggressive early game and not go midas or you dont last pick a fucking mirana if you plan on going late game with a midas. TC needs to learn to take risks and stop resorting to his comfort farm safely and not have any game impact ways.

From what I read, TC is the drafter and fluff is the in-game captain.
