its not JUST nerds in my circle of 30 year old fishermen we literally think facebook is a cancer in our society, and its only used by our moms/wives etc. But yeh... I mean theres real reasons not to like it, I cant get a damn facebook stream on my tv or at least im not setup for it twitch has integrated app I use every day.

If Im gonna watch on pc anyways, im just watching in client.

Yeah, it was alright in like 2007, I used it until like 2012 a lot. After that I just never found it worth using, dunno why. The whole russian thing with the fake news stuff really made me think Zuckerberg was scum though. Plus all the really scummy info laundering stuff.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, but I no longer enjoy IPAs. I used to love them like 2-3 years ago, now I'm shuddering after every drink.

I used it 2004-2007 when I was in undergrad thats about it. I still have an account and all, and in fact unfortunately I have to help maintain/produce content for a small-business page we use for selling shrimp/salmon; but its pretty much just full of garbage every time I get on and look at anything. The monetization aspects are VERY stupid. The amount of effort they go to try and make you "boost" your business page is lul as fuck.

edit: Ive never been able to stand IPAs /shrug

I was gifted a 6 pack for christmas and I'm out of everything else except for a lager that tastes like coffee.

Rawdota is actually pretty funny as a caster, and it's pretty amusing to watch him freak out over all the subs.

If it were legal I'm sure facebook would directly offer you money for your SS#.

tbh I dont actually care for the random twitch streams either, they are also kind of bad. I am watching eg games in client cuz I care enough, and that might be all I watch tonight because of the whole ridiculous situation.

i don't have problems using facebook (mainly cause most of my friends/family use it for communication)

i don't wanna watch fb stream though (sometimes it just lags on me and is unwatchable while twitch/youtube is quite stable)

I think it's fair to say that only a portion of that is people who actually hate facebook.

A big chunk of the difference is just going to be people who cbf'd working out how to login or get it running on chromecasts or whatever.

Still a big drop, though.

If anyone at Valve would think ahead they would have seen this coming and preveted it.
"If you want to have our money for your tournament, you have to provide the stream to our streaming platform."
But for that they would have to service and update it for a whole year instead of making it a TI only thing.
