The case showed overwhelming evidence of his crimes, so I doubt they will be able to get the 7 charges overturned. An appeal might be possible if there was some flaw in sentencing process. Proving the judge was to harsh with his sentencing is very hard. And if the jury handed down the sentence and decided on no parole, he is fucked. So, unless they can prove someone fucked up by not giving him the option of parole, he is in jail for life. | ||
