Waga was getting a lot of money from people, he started getting emotional, than said that V1lat owes him money, then V1lat showed up in twitch chat, Waga said he hates him and shut his stream down, then they both made up on twitter and are bffs now, and now it appears that Waga is shadowbanned on reddit. Is that what happened? I really don't feel like reading the walls of text, but I also don't want to miss out on some amusing drama. e: also, there was this guy who made a reddit thread about getting a defloss in one of starladders lower divisions finals. I think that's what triggered Waga talking about V1lat in the first place.

Whenever I stream, I get maybe 8 viewers max and it's still relatively good fun. Consistent stream. Good voice. Interesting personality. +time. Recipe for a good stream for non-progamers :D

What I managed to piece together by reading not nearly enough stuff: Waga was getting a lot of money from people, he started getting emotional, than said that V1lat owes him money, then V1lat showed up in twitch chat, Waga said he hates him and shut his stream down, then they both made up on twitter and are bffs now, and now it appears that Waga is shadowbanned on reddit. I think that's what triggered Waga talking about V1lat in the first place. Waga had shitty experience 2 years ago with starladder not reimbursing his team 500 in travel money like they promised Salt is still there and he reads about a sketchy defwin for a lower tier final and puts his story out there again in hopes of bringing attention to issue. Was nice about it and said many good things about SL after. V1lat comes on skype during wagas stream and gets upset he put his story on reddit. Emotional waga lets it rip. Later apologizes but pitchforks are already out.

Also I may have not been to clear, I'd take 6 months to improve my dota Skills and maybe get in some competitions and try to make a living off it, not exactly just streaming.

Wagamama and friends being out 500$ for 3 years and calling it out isn't exactly a random poster. EG/C9 skipping tournaments because payments are delayed isn't exactly random either

I'm not saying he's in the right but people are jumping to conclusions based on reddit posts of all things.

That's how people are, whoever is the public face of an organization gets all the shit for what they do wrong even if it's something that they have no control over. Don't shoot the messenger and all that.

That's sort of the downside of being a more public speaker from the organization (regardless if it is your job)

If you don't want them to do that, maybe you should call them in private and maybe give them the $500 you own them(if that part is true). Its a special kind of stupid that calls someone while they are streaming to get in an argument with them about money from 2-3 years ago.

V1lat sure isn't the whole org and maybe is a legit nice guy that tries to help everyone and gets screwed over by his management or employees. But he should also be more mindful of his statements and image because if he is the one "putting the balls on the block" like we say around here to get money, he should get money. Waga in this point is totally right, if v1lat did got screwed (even if he didnt) and sponsors/management didn't give him the money he promised he should at least apologize (doesn't have to be public), instead of dodging the issue and ignoring people.
