everyone played him offlane and idk how well that works. Maybe its smart vs a 2 support team because they have to be scared of mines and cant zone you, but a lot of heroes can 1v1 him super easy. Every game I lost their carry just got pure free farm (saw a spectre with 15 min rad where her support rotated to the offlane and they had a jungle). tldr; dotas dumb | ||

I played Techies mid, the other two times people tried to use it as a safelane support. | ||

Even then if you paid attention to the graphs EG was still ahead on XP and gold when they had died numerous times because of how bottom lane and mid went based on the heroes. I think EG had a great and better draft but VG just plain had /better/ heroes. made better decision, and plain played better.
