It's not really the damage per say I have a problem with, it's the whole package when you have a scepter. It's an instant gap closer, deals 65% of current hp damage (which is really, really friggin huge and always put me in an extreme advantage in a gank / 1v1). On top of that, there's an enormous 50% slow which last of good deal of time, and since you're already in his face there's a potential to score a lot of auto-attacks with burning spears. What breaks it for me into OP territory though is the 8 sec cooldown with zero mana cost (albeit an health cost). Get some lifesteal (I have burning spears' autocast key binded on my mouse, so when I need some hp back I turn it off and activate my satanic) and wreck some faces then regain you hp and do it again a few seconds later :o | ||

Scepter isn't really good on him, the farm it takes to get it isnt worth just a 15% damage boost on ultimate. All ya need to do is a carry a tp and peace just like vs viper / ns. | ||

it hasnt even been that bad games for me. i had ~400gpm games with sniper and razor just bad luck i guess, and afker/leavers in a few games :< | ||

Edit: The actual sequence is matchmaking -> ready check -> loading screen -> server time out -> puts you back into matchmaking but the game will never actually put you into ready check. | ||
