maybe 1-1-2 (1) with a roaming support but you can't sustain two supports' experience levels on a small camp and a pull through. especially since it's not super likely that you'll even kill off the whole creep wave that way. pulling might just be a pushing measure now, interestingly enough.

Glad they further nerfed Io/Batrider. A bit of a strange Slark change though, Slark hasn't exactly been dominating or anything. Shadow Blade nerf is a nerf to NP too, so he seems to have been toned down quite a bit.

huge changes:
solo offlanes can do so much against trilane such as courier snipes and steal jungle exp.
is br still a first ban first pick hero?
with rosh change, you now really need vision around the rosh pit and heroes like visage would rule the pit.
laning got a lot more difficult with the regen nerfs
the nerf to buy backs will change the game more drastically now.

Good, then I won't feed you in the inhouse games and get yelled at for it.
But the game needed spicing up. A lot of the changes are fun and let people play new stuff. We don't want to be like SC2 where all the games focus on the same thing every game.

I don't see how courier snipes are easier now, wasn't it just buffs for the walking courier?

I think if you target someone with your tango it creates a separate "tango" item in their inventory and that item has a 60s cooldown

The CD is for giving it to someone else.
