There wont be any ladder simply because by having ladder, there will be cyber bullying for not being in high rank. There wont be any sort of ladder at all and the match making is fine and it will place you where you should be. You just wont be able to tell where you are since there no visible indication. I am not a fan of it myself but valve made it pretty clear there wont be any sort of ladder or ranking system to differentiate others from each other. | ||

Flaming ingame is also something that happens regardless, i wish there was at least something that only i can see that tells me if i'm improving or not. | ||
