You are trying to sell them for 10m means you don't think you would get 10m by ID them. People are not buying because they agree with you.

It's heck alot easier to come up with a price which both sides find acceptable when you try to trade utility for value (buy something that you would use at market value) than try to trade value for value (buy something with the intent of making more more in resell). This is even harder in D3 because the 15% tax. Basically they would expect to make 12mil+ before risk and the fact that it ties up resources. So realistically People would only pay 10m for the lot if they expect 20m value in return on average at least. That's even without considering the fact unid market is totally screwed.
