why cuz its true? if you don't have 4 set, those boots have like -200 dex compared to mine, the -% dmg is like not even worth mentioning, and it has a small amount of vitality. 56 resist is ok i guess if you want some amount of resist. so yeah i stand behind my comment. theoretically if you wanted to get it for 2 piece only then chest/boots combo would be ideal since you get 7% combined crit on two slots that you would normally have zero. either way if it didn't even have a moderate dex roll ~70-80, then yeah not relay good | ||
