By my count 141 different players have qualified for at least one season and there are only 96 total spots in S class and A class combined. So... how does this make sense? You got one rank higher for Ro64 in GSL 1 than you do in GSL 2 and GSL 3. Therefore it was worth twice as much and that's why Torch will be Code A wtf really? How ass backward is that. Do you remember the source for that? http://www.gomtv.net/2010gslopens2/news/256 Where is the source on that these things would determine your Code S or Code A? If what you're saying is accurate then S2 Ro8 finishers do not get into Code S because they started out one rank lower. Sounds pretty ridiculous.
Good point. But if it's true that Torch is A class then nothing else makes much sense.

Nice work torch, See if you can use your new influence with startale to convince them to change their team name

Congrats Torch! We are all very excited for you! Absolute best of luck to you, now we (VT Gaming) need to help your grow even more!

Damn. Save all your money to go to Korea, and then lose in the Ro64 but get your name heard. Then two months later, you join one of the one or two best teams in Korea. This is a proud day for gingers everywhere.

This is very exciting. Pretty badass TorcH.

First SC2 foreigner on a Korean team? That's quite an achievement. what about idra? Idra was on an BW team, Torch is the first foreigner on an SC2 Pro team. He was still on CJ while playing star2.

Congraluations Torch! That was a big surprise! I'm hoping you'll have a great time and hopefully show some foreigner skill!

While I do think he is not good enough to be on a Korean pro team, I am very happy for him. If he is actually going to stay in their house and practice there, then I have no doubt his skill will tremendously rise.

Is this the Torch that TLO beat at MLG? if so - those were some pretty epic games (watch the replay and watch for Torch's scv split in te first game - w0w)
Congrats to him!! Nice to see more foreigners making headway in sc2 scene

I get the feeling that a lot of the people saying Torch isn't good enough to be on a Korean team are seriously overestimating the skill of your average Korean.
