While the idea of a draft based on a team's finish last season had been floated, a system much like an auction has been selected to decide where the ex-Estro players will end up.
KeSPA will first set a minimum contract for the Estro players, where the bidding will begin. The minimum contract for a player is the average salary of all other players who performed similarly during the 2009~2010 season. The player will be contracted to the team with the highest offer.
In other news, Firefist has withdrawn his application for ACE and retired, while 815 has retired as well.
Hah. I wonder how much pressure KT exerted to get it changed to the "outbid" system where they could just outright buy Action, instead of the reverse-placement system where they'd have drafted last.
Looks like Oz will have to rely on MustacheZerg and PirateZerg for next season if they want to get a few wins.
Khan gets another Protoss, like they needed that.
The most talented players go to the teams with the already best / deepest lineups, thats a bit disappointing. One of the top five (Really, hyvaa, Action, Classic, Flying) would have helped Khan, Oz or MBC more.
SKT gets Kwanro, KT trumps them by getting action, woop.
Can't say I'm not happy for it but I was really hoping some good players would find their way to Khan and Oz. Proleauge just didn't seem right without them kicking ass.
Action on KT is overpowered. Blizzard should release a patch for SC1 in order to balance the Korean scene. Both Really and Flying to woongjin is overkill. Zero, Free, Really in the same team - Cointoss will decide the ace each time.

They offered the most money. I was kind of wondering when KT would pull their usual maneuver and try to buy up their weaknesses. It worked with Luxury, sort of, until he cheated his way away.
