I do the same thing. And people are always like "how the fuck do you remember that?" I always tell them I don't know, even though I know why I remember it.
I also have this habit of bringing something random up, and then feeling the need to tell whoever I'm talking to the steps I took in my head to bring up that subject (since it really wasn't random at all, and there was a very clear progression in my thinking to make it happen).

you know the old trick some people say to use to prevent yourself from orgasming to soon with a girl, "think about baseball"....well I don't know anything about baseball, so a couple of times i've actually mentally gone over SC unit stats or build orders.
I cried during the Notebook, Marley and Me, and many other sad / romantic movies.
I can't bring myself to believe in god. at least not the kind of god presented by the various religions. this is despite being raised jewish and attending sunday school every week until high school.
I love my family...but i find myself thinking that if we weren't related i wouldn't really like any of them aside from my brother.

oh i know exactly what you mean with the last post. Me and my mom are COMPLETELY different people, and we would never talk if we weren't family. My brother and I are the same way. He's obsessed with the military and i'm 'meh' about it. One of my sister is a workaholic and the other i haven't spoken to in 3 years. If we all weren't a family, we never would interact with each other... ever....
