We have already successfully completed 3 seasons and is constantly expanding. Soon begin the playoffs RSTL #4 and we hope you will learn more about CIS teams. In RSTL #5 we will be ready to take any team wishing to compete against CIS teams. The prize is going to league teams from small contributions (~ $15) and donations lovers League (100% goes to the prize), so if you want to help the project or to ask any questions about the league, please write in this thread or Skype: alizard7.
