You still have to adjust your policies to your neighbors, specially if they are as big as Russia. Denmark did that for a long time towards Germany, until we both joined the EU. Sigh, you have doomed your country to decades of instability. Your children won't care if you tell them Russia started it, maidan could have been considered a success if they had just stuck to the agreement made with Yanukovych. But you also see how brainwashed the Russian speaking Ukrainians are by Russian propaganda media claiming that the western Ukraine are all fascists. It is like they just ignore the snipers who shot people in Kiev a couple of months ago

From the article: "So Russia has abandoned us as well," said Natalia Medvedenko, 58. "Well we will just have to fight the fascists on our own. But I still don't quite believe it." In rebel-held Slavyansk a member of the militia who gave his name as Rustem described Putin as a coward who was "afraid of losing his money". Loading sandbags into a truck, he said: "Instead of helping Russian people here, he is betraying us. He will pay for this with a revolution in Red Square. Russian people will not stand by and watch this happen."

The situation in Donetsk remained tense. The City Administration building in Mariupol (113 km south of Donetsk) was found to be surrounded by tire blockades and around 50 people in front of the building. There were also posters with “OSCE get out” or “OSCE you cheat” written on them. Source It seems problematic to spit on OSCE like that when it is the main organisation trying to find a solution.

Stop thinking that your opinion is the opinion of everyone else, its simply not, and not by small margin, You from Kiev i believe, and with every "revolution" you chant the same thing. You put European, before Country, before people, you so desperate that you accept anything from anyone who says that its coming with help. So your Revolution od Dignity, only brought Despair and Blood so far, and dont shout , like you're shouting for everyone else in your country.

Cheerio has been pretty good at keeping his cool in this thread and being quite factual rather than posting just opinion or posts like "my children will live in a European country" and "Revolution of Dignity". I think Zeo trolling him with his incessant bullshit led him to let off some emotion. Look at Zeo's post before he said anything non-factual: "Sigh, you have doomed your country to decades of instability. Your children won't care if you tell them Russia started it, maidan could have been considered a success if they had just stuck to the agreement made with Yanukovych. Look at your country for Christs sake, this is all maidans fault. Full retard from the begining, and you didn't answer why you didn't set fire to the country because of Yushenko"

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Ukr_world_GNI_percapita.PNG From my count, 9 countries in *Africa* have a higher GNI per capita than Ukraine. It seems like Ukraine is doing quite well being Russia's bitch. The only *hope* for growth/development is to ally economically/politically with the EU. It's just a hope, but it's better than continued stagnation and kleptocracy.
