I mean Racealitar), a gentle simmering of hormones and videogames I remember Pucca being really dedicated and professional. He had great commitment, overlays, concepts, and terrific drive to cast and put out tons of content. The production quality was there, leaps and bounds ahead of others in most cases. But the fatal flaw, his caster-idol Achilles-heel if you will, was lack of game knowledge and textbook nerdiness. Game knowledge: Not there. Understandable for someone with a past childhood affection for BW, but little to no [competitive] commitment over a long time-period. Problem with our lingering community? We're sticklers for quality, not only production-wise, but game-smarts. Simply put: you can't be a successful caster for die-hard fans if your grasp of the game is weak. The only solution would be straight-up laddering, studying, and devoting a massive amount of time trying to get good at an old game, when you're just about to go to college (see: bad life priorities). Textbook nerdiness: Again, tragically predictable. It is a let-down that our BW community was to immature to support him properly. To recognize our past and younger selves in his attitudes, and give him the benefit if the doubt rather than hitting back unforgivingly. Way to go on the empathy front guys. Real mature. Take issue with someone on issues that can be attributed to immaturity, in an immature way yourself. Sadly, the only way people grow, mature, and become more self-aware is by going out there and living. Except sometimes, the backlash from those efforts can be so great that they give up, which is sad. And to think - there was a time my ambitions and desires were equally solely set on casting. But then I You've got to recognize how everyone's journey is a journey of self-discovery, a digital timeline of life lived in the virtual realm. Poetic P.S. HOW 2 GET COMIC SANS? WANT! And I personally was thoroughly impressed by Pucca's dedication while it lasted, and thought it was sad to see him leave the way he did, and also was somewhat disappointed in the way he was treated by the community, not that he behaved perfectly either. This was pretty much what I wanted to say, but was too tired at that moment to explain properly. Except maybe the last part of bITt.mAN's post.

I didn't dislike the guy, and thought it was a little strange he seemed to have some legit haters, especially in the beginning. Yes, his game knowledge was non-existant but he worked hard on his production quality and other aspects of casting and honestly a lack of game knowledge doesn't really strike me as a reason to warrant haters. Constructive feedback? Hell yes. Hate/Dislike? No. He got more shit than he deserved in my opinion, especially in the beginning part of his casting run. Unfortunately a little later in time he seemed to grow a bit disillusioned and started posting some seriously trash content.

Again, he did bring some of this on himself. But if anything this is a tragic story of someone who come into our community with seemingly unbounded enthusiasm, really wanting to make a change for the better, but over time was whittled down to a dick who is the butt of jokes. + Show Spoiler + Also, I clearly made a mistake by not going down in a ball of flames (pun intended), so that stratos can make more videos about me. Expect in the near future a thread about how I will be casting old school games of my favorite player, Reeech, and how all the other casters need to adopt the one true form of casting: text based commentary.

Pucca trying to do the impossible here by microing marines he could have just fall back and probably that's why it is funny.

1, I have barely any idea of the meta stuff going on here; 2, He seemed enthusiastic but not really mature about how his content was welcomed - heck, he's a teenager how else could he have behaved? 3, His "series"(?) reminded me to finally watch the early MSLs I've never watched.
