Overall looks good, the cards look like they have actual abilities and interactions while also being extremely inviting and friendly with the interface and animations.

What could it have possibly been that was WoW-related and not a WoW expansion nor warcraft 4? - something for mobile (thrall's tower defense? Warcraft party?) - something Lord-of-the clans-ish (which wouldn't have been likely considering it failed and abandoned) - something else (that I can't think of)? Options like Blizzard Allstars, Diabo 3 for console, and even 'Phoenix'/Blackstone simply don't make any sense when you look at all the details (only WoW sites got the info-). I said it so many times, but people keep ignoring the facts. It's not surprizing most TL people aren't particularly excited, because this isn't geared to you — as was known in advance: this was catered to WoW players, and you should have all known this before it was announced.

Uh sure, sorry for expecting something interesting from a company that used to make good games.

Aside from it not even being finished yet, you haven't played it, and maybe haven't even seen much/any gameplay.Uh sure, sorry for expecting something interesting from a company that used to make good games. At the least you seem to be saying it's not interesting. Of course it's not intersting TO YOU, because it's not geared to you. Many people who are into playing Diablo or WoW aren't Interested in SC either; it's different tastes. My whole point is that if the game seemed interesting to the majority of Starcraft and TL fans, fansites related to Starcraft would have had invites as well.

I'm by no means a card game person. I never got into any games like that and having tried some as a kid, I found myself as detached from the genre as it gets. As a die hard BW and SCII fan I tried Hearthstone, as many of us here at Blizzard have, and it's taken me by surprise. I've been completely amazed by how fun it's been to play and how deeply strategic it is. A lot of people here internally have gotten really into it and most people I've talked to haven't even bought any packs yet. So I guess my personal message would be: seeing the game first doesn't fully translate into playing and experiencing it first hand. Try it out when you get a chance, cause you might just be as surprised by how fun it is, as I have been since first trying it. /edit: typo ^^ This is pretty funny, thanks for the laugh Mr blizzard guy

"d Hearthstone, as many of us here at Blizzard have, and it's taken me by surprise. I've been completely amazed by how fun it's been to play and how" Pretty sure that is why he called him that. Reading helps. In any case, slightly disappointed, but also not particularly fussed about an announcement that likely did not end up concerning many of us..
