I think this thread is hilarious, but I think it's got a long way to go before it reaches epic masterpiece tier. I just think we need to shift our focus to a more reliable audience with stable income to support not only one, but multiple Starcraft tournaments.

Maybe you should hustle up the money first and then host the tournament when you have all the money, that would seem like the logical thing to do don't you think. How old are you Eywa? Probably too young to do something like this.

You know...the fast food industry is a multi-billion dollar industry. If you buy burgers in bulk and resell them, you could potentially make $40k a year, and that's being conservative! Everyone needs to eat, so why not burgers???

Maybe one day Eywa could open a Burger joint called " BW n Burgers " and use it to make money for the foreign BW scene.

You could totally keep up on this, or this while you're at it. If THSL and all "this" didn't satisfy your foreign BW cravings, don't fret, you could catch up on this, this, this, this, or this. I may have forgotten some. However, if you're into the lower skilled players (I wouldn't blame you, they're more fun to watch if you wanna see crazy strategy), that's a whole other post of this's.

"Some guy" aka Eywa, promised previously in the year to host and run a tournament in Europe called Euro Winter 2013, with a 38000 dollar prize pool. This is his explanation of where he is getting the money from. However, he also said when he made his announcement thread that he had the money, when he did not in fact have it at all. He also later said he would expand the tour into several Europe tours, while keeping the original one the same prizepool (I think) and also having even more money thrown at these other tours. Now he has cancelled all the tours, and is only sponsoring one tour for "only" a ~$3000 prizepool. While it's great that he is hosting the $1000 tour, everyone is flaming him because of his false promises. The Russian internal jokes I can't entirely explain :kidca: Kiante's a pretty cool dude, pity he's Australian :"33333 Hopefully that brings you somewhat up to speed.
