Deathangel should come back if he is accepted although I don't know if some random person posting a short interview with him saying he was sorry means anything really... I mean, how sorry is he really, what is the reason we will believe he has changed for the better/will not repeat doing something retarded again? I think he should be should actually try coming back into the scene and show some will and balls. People these days, 0 spine, they'll just beg for forgiveness once they're caught red-handed, doing something retarded.

He's always been a douchebag and he's never been any good. Don't know quite what wrong he has done to you.he is sacrificing his parents 600 euro per moth income to pay for lan trips and not receiving any salary in return.Btw at the end of the day his parents still have to pay for food/taxes/bills etc.I honestly dont think you are south korean because south koreans on tl are generaly well mannered, well spoken and dont get involved in these minor scandals. You are probably a Romanian that hates him or a racist bashing him randomly because he can not defend himself In any case shame on you. ....Really? You make it sound like he is sacrificing himself and his parents for some greater good of humanity. His parents are paying for his living expenses, period. Doesn't really mean anything. well he is actually sacrifices his parents entire income for his dream of playing starcraft. Its a good thing that the community is still having players willing to make sacrifices to play this game when he could have chosen many other games popular in romania to do so such as cs and dota. His paying are paying for his living expenses but gaming expenses are above their income so he really needs a proteam whoa ctually pays him to get back on track

surely he isn't responsible for his own actions! rofl what a joke.
This is worse than spades maphacking imo. This involves prize money. Cheating others out of legitimate opportunities to win in equal competition. He should be banned for life. No new beginning here on TL.

Guy went out and was initially non-apologetic, or at least not as apologetic as he should have been. Gets slated for that, then when he comes out and apologises people are naturally going to assume that he's lying, so I do get that.
The sad thing for me is, though he didn't express himself graciously, the crux of his argument was pretty on the money, namely that Deathangel would never get a high-profile showmatch, despite making the finals of the Code A prelims twice, but Veralynn would because of the ridiculous pedestals we put any females in this community. Doesn't excuse his actions, but does explain part of the motivation.
People talk about things like '2 year bans' which are just nonsense. That's a permaban from being an E-sports competitor, if you can't play in tournaments or support yourself from the game for such a period, there's very little chance of you coming back. He's not the first to fall foul of TL as a community, and he should be allowed to rehabilitate himself if he doesn't fuck up again. Considering I recall Idra saying on a SoTG that Koreans playing on each other's accounts was pretty commonplace I don't see why DA should be completely cast out of the community.
.... playing on each other's account is one thing. Getting some bitch into grandmasters so that she can scam poor nerds out of their pocket change is another.

Yea, by the way, ladder rage is not the same as CHEATING and SCAMMING tournaments.
As a community we are accepting of people being mad and not of those that defraud us. Shocking.

He could try getting a real job instead of scamming honest, hardworking people. His whole appeal to sympathy by making it seem like he was desperate for money makes me even more disgusted. However, I guess whether or not he gets it is about as irrelevant as he was and will continue to be.

I think we should donate him some money everyone pays him 10 dollars every month for 6 months. just do it for fun.

You know that bming on the ladder is quite different than stealing money..

Why don't you do this to support a struggling player that actually deserves it?
But good luck on your fundraising drive to support infamous and despised cheaters.

Just ignore him. He just joined TL today, has been spouting some nonsense about how DeathAngel has made noble sacrifices and has been calling people Nazi's and racists for disagreeing with him.
Probably not a coincidence he's also from Romania. Wouldn't be surprised if he's DA's alter ego or one of his buddies.

Wheres the guilt for taking his parents money?
Why not just get a normal job at... idk, maybe the first month you found out this wasn't working?

Foreign players, unless supported by one of the top, top teams, have a really hard time in terms of keeping up the levels required to actually make any kind of splash on the scene. If you're not getting flights paid to the big LANs it's super hard to break out, and if you don't break out it's hard to get on a team that has the clout to send you to tournaments. So to supplement your meagre income you either have to get a job, coach or do any number of things that in term mean you cannot be the best player you can be.
