I don't believe in second chances much when it's about stuff that's obviously bad and has obvious consequences (like frauding, stealing, raping or murdering) . It's not that he's a bad guy, it's that since he reasoned himself into doing some sort of frauding, I don't believe he wouldn't do that again if he thinks he can't get caught.

not being payed for 3 moths and we are still blaming the player. How many of the people that blame him can survive 3 months without being payed at work.I haven"t seen him play but if he hasn"t been payed in 3 months the team managers are lucky to have their jaws intact.I mean i cant imagine he was payd more than a couple hundred euros a month enough for food and basic ustilities.Btw he is 26 years old so he needs a steady income,Life ain"t that easy in ROmania. His parents probably don"t make more than 600 euros per moth combined.Try to be more forgiving.Progaming is virtually unhead of in Romania and sponsorship is unexistent-like litteraly unexistent. When dreamhack Bucharest happened-although it was a major international event which deserved attention and brought attention to my country-it wasnt even mentioned in mainstream news.Never.Not even once. His only chance of achieving anything in progaming is moving to Western Europe and maybe a team their will help.
Good luck to him in the near future.Hope the community understands the circumstances

Actually, its 2 months since it happened. I won't go in the thing if aL done that or not, but there are many players that are not going for revealing things organizations done to them cause of the pressure, acquisations, and later luck with finding normal teams.

The guy is simply trying to get his work life back, and I am strongly againts things he done, but, I as I said, believing that if you really think you made a mistake, and are going to work on fixing it, then, the community should try to support him. No body is perfect, we make mistakes. All the time.

There is a big reason for me, and it's precedent. If a progammer scams, and can just get away with it, other people will know they can do the same. I know the world isn't perfect, but if you don't want to shit on your chances, never go full retard at your job.

Well of course he's going to be sorry that he's out of work because he got caught. I don't believe that he would have come out and apologized for his behavior had he gotten away with it.

He should probably find another job, because I really doubt the community will ever accept him back. The community hates cheaters, and he never had the kind of skill to draw the kind of supportive fans he would need to move through this.

I wish he had a better way to release an apology than through an interview, but I do think he deserves a second chance

If their team doesn't pay them and repeated requests are ignored, why don't players go public with their problems? Instead of the negative reaction, he would have a chance of resolving the issue and getting paid, or raising awareness of himself with public sympathy so that a transfer to a team who will pay is easier.

well a lot of ppl are desperate for money so it s understandable(there s a lot of problems with team managments at lower tier pro gaming like not paying full salary or paying for lans and etc). I think that he got what he deserved in sense that he got exposed and under a lot of pressure from community however why not give him 2nd chance. At least he didn t cheat or anything. And by giving him this chance we can see if he made any conclusion and won t do this anymore(not like he won t be caught a 2nd time if he ll do it).

Don't know quite what wrong he has done to you.he is sacrificing his parents 600 euro per moth income to pay for lan trips and not receiving any salary in return.Btw at the end of the day his parents still have to pay for food/taxes/bills etc.I honestly dont think you are south korean because south koreans on tl are generaly well mannered, well spoken and dont get involved in these minor scandals. You are probably a Romanian that hates him or a racist bashing him randomly because he can not defend himself In any case shame on you.

Seems like a PR move but didn't major do the same thing? Why isn't he treated the same way?

Major turned out to be a pretty cool and all around well-liked character. Plus he is actually really good. DeathAngel is an ok player with a temper (online) and rather timid behavior (offline). I'm not judging since he's a nice guy overall but in that direct comparison, the odds are in Major's favor.

You do realize money doesn't fall from trees, right? And no, there is no such kind of sympathy in business. That leads to failure. Anyway, it's funny and very weird how people see things, when a organization frauds the whole community by not paying and lying to their players, and when a player frauds the community himself.

I think a lot of people have hazy memories, "at least he admitted to what he did wrong and apologized". He started out with 1 excuse / "reason" and people were buying it until Veralynn posted in the thread calling him out on his bullshit, and showing screenshots of numbers + $, at which point he switched his stance to this poor me im so sorry. </Romney> The whole desperation for money aspect is understandable, but to me I just read it as poor attempt at the sympathy vote.

Also, let's not forget this guy literally beat up some girls and took their money (referring to the girls only tournament)

meh this just shows to me how more insincere this guy is. What this all blew up he was ignorant to everything and barely apologized as if he was sorry for anything he did trying to push it off onto other people. Next I hear of him is him in an interview and not an actual apology to how he screwed over other players in show matches or the fans that thought they were watching a whole different person for awhile? Give me a break if he wants a 2nd chance do it how everyone else in life does it. By your own hands. He should have contacted TL staff himself and asked to release an apology at this time if he is still banned
JD, need I say more? :D
