Vaccinating the entire Sessions bloodline, Bannon and that grinning fucktard Kushner with anthrax and bubonic plague in their water supply sounds like a dandy idea

I like weed way more than most people but opposition to it has had public support.. In Norway politicians are more positive towards legislation than the rest of the population is. It's only when public support has changed - and where public support has changed - that legalization has become viable.

I like that Trumps lawyers sent a letter trying to block the book from getting published and all it did was get the publishing date moved up. Truly he has the best lawyers money can buy.

Not to mention the Streisand effect. I may even buy it. I really think this is going to sell freakishly well.

Just hope you stoners out in Oregon don't start setting yourselves on fire trying to learn to pump your own gas

lol, I still have no idea how it automatically stops. Whenever I'm in Seattle, I always just pump until I am about a gallon away from my maximum because I have no freaking idea what I'm doing. I just sit there gripping it until I get close and then bail out. It's really stupid. I'm really stupid. I should be capable of pumping gas.

Can someone explain this gas thing to me? I assume you mean petrol?

The fuel you put in cars. In Oregon, we have a stupid way of artificially creating more low paying jobs by making it illegal for people to pump their own gas. Instead, we have what are hands down the most sketchy people you'll ever see working at gas stations to do it for us. This is framed as a safety issue. In worthless rural communities, their local economies struggle so much (mainly because they don't need to exist) that it doesn't even make sense for these gas stations to have people dedicated to pumping gas. Because of that, they made a new law thing or whatever saying the bottom of the barrel communities can just not have gas attendants, meaning people are allowed to pump their own gas.

The war on drugs of the US is its specific subject, I don't know that it's really comparable to what you do in Norway. It was political and dishonest from the start, and it actively fucks over their own people for benefits that were originally political (targetting of hippie and black voting groups) and are now mainly pharmaceutical I imagine, but were never quite honest.

Thanks, this is all kinds of awesomestupid. The last place i expected something like this was the US.

When the nozzle is submerged in gas it stops pumping gas automatically so you can't overfill. Just hold it down and it'll tell you when to stop itself.

Theoretically the safety mechanism could fail, which is why it's recommended you stay at your vehicle while fueling instead of going inside the gas station to buy something. Though I believe that's an extremely rare occurrence. I usually do a quick windshield clean while fueling, anyways.

this is what I am like 99% certain of, but I pulled the hose out and felt like I inspected it pretty thoroughly. I was looking for some kinda sensor or some shit to see how it can detect it is full. I couldn't see any sensor and I figured if anyone was to somehow fuck up pumping gas, it is me, so I just opted for taking the less risky approach lol
People local to the pacific northwest will likely find my post does a good job at summarizing Oregon.

Maybe Oregon lacks the technology!
Edit: dude, its not a sensor. Its a mechanical thingy that gets "wet/drowned" and it stops.
Btw: i admire engineers.
