Interesting article, though certainly not conclusive. It does raise the question of whether it's wise to elect old presidents.

When President Trump offered that response to a question at a press conference last week, it was the latest example of his tortured syntax, mid-thought changes of subject, and apparent trouble formulating complete sentences, let alone a coherent paragraph, in unscripted speech.
He was not always so linguistically challenged.
STAT reviewed decades of Trump’s on-air interviews and compared them to Q&A sessions since his inauguration. The differences are striking and unmistakable.
Research has shown that changes in speaking style can result from cognitive decline. STAT therefore asked experts in neurolinguistics and cognitive assessment, as well as psychologists and psychiatrists, to compare Trump’s speech from decades ago to that in 2017; they all agreed there had been a deterioration, and some said it could reflect changes in the health of Trump’s brain.

Well, to set the record straight, I don't express any opinions here that I don't also say to everyone else. And I have laid into plenty of conservatives -- including some politicians -- for the same transgressions that I have pointed out here. Hell, anyone who has been paying attention around here knows that my harshest criticisms have been reserved for republicans this year than the other side.

Companies started pulling advertisements from Sean Hannity’s Fox News show on Wednesday as he continued promoting a conspiracy theory about Democratic National Committee staffer Seth Rich’s death.
Cars.com, the automotive classifieds site, was the first to release a statement on its decision to remove ads.
“The fact that we advertise on a particular program doesn’t mean that we agree or disagree, or support or oppose, the content. We don’t have the ability to influence content at the time we make out advertising purchase. In this case, we’ve been watching closely and have recently made the decision to pull our advertising from Hannity.”
At-home exercise company Peloton followed suit later Wednesday afternoon, saying it decided to pull advertisements from “Hannity” in response to complaints on Twitter.
Leesa Sleep, an online mattress retailer, became the third advertiser to drop out.
“We adjust our media buying every day and we can confirm that we are no longer advertising on Sean Hannity,” a spokesman said.
Casper, another online mattress retailer, also confirmed it was shifting its Fox News ad buys.
Hannity has been in hot water for continuing to peddle a conspiracy theory linking Rich’s unsolved killing to WikiLeaks. Washington, D.C., police say they they suspect Rich was shot during a robbery attempt while walking in his neighborhood. There’s no evidence his slaying has anything to do with leaked DNC emails published by WikiLeaks, which U.S. authorities have blamed on Russian hackers.
Fox News retracted its thinly sourced story promoting the conspiracy theory on Tuesday and removed it from its website. But Hannity was still pushing the story on Twitter shortly before the network issued its statement. He later continued promoting the conspiracy on his radio show, which is not affiliated with Fox News, hours later.
“And all you in the liberal media, I am not Fox.com or Fox News.com. I retracted nothing,” he said.

But those are both in the CBO plan. Quibble if you wish about premiums rising until 2020, and premiums falling after that, but that is the CBO's conclusion.
And I'm speaking as someone that doesn't approve of this plan, nor Ryan's idea to repeal Obamacare in the stages he's outlined.

the CBO apparently also said that 14 million people will lose access to healthcare over the next year alone 24 million more would be uninsured by 2026. You don't have any premiums any more if nobody has insurance. Some quick thinking on part of the GOP
