I can't think of any criminal laws that would violate; whether it would be a civil tort, idunno, feels kinda borderline, might be.

You would need to prove harm of some sort, which would be a feat of legal reasoning. But this has never slowed anyone down before.

Most normal people I think would find it disturbing. I find either possibility disturbing, the possibility that people there were legitimately waving the russia flags, and the possibility that the attendees could be tricked into the the russia flags by writing trump on them.

Not the first time of an attack in America for mistaken identity. Reminds of when a Chinese man was mistaken as Japanese and got beaten and killed by disgruntled unemployed auto-workers who were mad at Japanese auto-makers for ultimately causing them to get laid off. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Murder_of_Vincent_Chin It's always disappointing when innocents accidentally get caught in incidents of racial tension. I just hope every incident wakes up the public enough that they become less and less common.

That would take a while. He would need Congressional approval. Or more specifically, it would have to go through Congress; he can't do it by executive order like with the TPP.

But removing NAFTA and keeping our economy functioning would require years of negotiation and congressional approval for the new deal.
