I doubt it. The party that controls the Presidency generally loses the midterms. If Americans didn't care about the debt ceiling "negotiations", they're not going to care about a few justices. Republicans are set up to have control of the legislative and executive branches come 2020. | ||

Depends on HRCs 2 years. As she is blocked by the reps, she will look like a lame duck and will have a hard time to turn this on the Reps. Obama couldnt do this 6 years long and he has much more personal appealing to the people. Maybe the Reps stop any supreme court nominations for years. | ||
