Trump has so many scandals out in the open there's no point in bringing up stuff that isn't confirmed. This case imo is more akin to the anti-hillary scandals in terms of trustworthiness, and I generally reject those. | ||

And that her various statements were contradictory? Bill Clinton had several known (and probably several undisclosed) extramarital affairs. His position as an elected official impacts the power dynamic between him and his counterpart in a weird and bad way. However, since I believe in the rule of law unlike some of the purported lawyers in this thread, in my eyes he's innocent of sexual assault. He's not just innocent until proven guilty, he's already been proved innocent by our judicial system. | ||

Ayaz is not talking about locker room talk, he is talking about Trump allegedly raping a 13 year old back in the 90s. There's just as much legs to this story (Trump raping a 13 year old) as there is to the idea that Hillary threatened the women Bill raped to silence them. | ||

I didn't think either candidate would start receiving a post-debate bump in the polls because I thought the debate was a lot closer than the first one, but 538 already has a small increase for Hillary, from 81% pre-debate to 82% post-debate. The rape accusation against Trump has been going forward for at least 2 months now I think (a quick google makes it sound like it was brought in June initially since Trump denied it back then), it wasn't brought 30 days before the election. They've tried to bring it two other times. | ||
